M3 is seeking a Growth Marketing Consultant – B2B Strategy to shape outbound programs, identify growth opportunities, and drive qualified conversations across its healthcare-focused subsidiaries. This remote, full-time role emphasizes strategic messaging, multi-channel outreach, and scalable playbooks aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, experience with sequence platforms and Sales Navigator, and a proven ability to translate market insights

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in B2B digital outreach, demand generation, or sales development, including at least 3 years owning persona-based marketing for outbound revenue generation.
• Demonstrated success reaching senior decision makers at complex B2B organizations.
• Hands-on experience with sequencing platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact enrichment and verification tools, and CRM integration.
• Experience supporting or consulting for multiple business units, clients, or brands with distinct customers.
• Ability to identify and verify the true buyer within a target organization and maintain a disciplined outreach cadence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify growth opportunities and build a targeted outbound strategy for each business.
• Build and own a full digital outreach path for each subsidiary, from identifying decision makers to qualified handoff to the BD team.
• Define handoff criteria, follow-up cadence, and target account lists with BD and marketing leads.
• Develop a repeatable outbound framework adaptable across units and buyers.
