Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales development or lead generation.
• Proven ability to meet activity, meeting or lead-generation targets.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing prospect information.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs and potential fit.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and opportunities
• Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls for qualified prospects.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the qualification process.
• Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track outreach activities, meetings, lead progression, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing and other teams.
• Meet or exceed lead generation and pipeline targets.
• Continuously improve prospecting strategies and outreach approaches.
