Simera Professional seeks a proactive Business Development professional to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings with potential enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to strengthen the pipeline, maintain accurate CRM data, and meet outreach targets in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales roles.
• Proven outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing prospect data.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers and target accounts.
• Prospect for new business opportunities through phone calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, business requirements, and potential fit.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and identify opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demonstrations, and sales calls for qualified prospects.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects throughout the qualification process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
• Track outreach activities, meetings, lead progression, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Meet or exceed lead generation, meeting, and pipeline targets.
• Continuously improve prospecting strategies and outreach approaches.
