#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Business Development Manager to own and grow a multi-state territory in industrial/manufacturing sales, with remote work within the United States. You will drive expansion, manage key accounts, and acquire new business across Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B regional sales in industrial distribution or manufacturing, plus a proven track record with enterprise accounts and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of B2B regional sales in industrial distribution or manufacturing.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience with solution-based consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Own full territory performance with revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Forecast pipeline with clarity on conversion likelihood.
• Develop new business through high-probability prospecting and new accounts.
• Expand share within key accounts via strategic planning.
• Visit 9-12 customers weekly to maintain market presence.
• Manage BD efforts with targeted pursuits.
• Implement pricing discipline, contracts, and margin expansion.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor attrition.
• Schedule and prioritize activities across the territory.
