Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our client in Houston, TX. This Direct Hire role offers a remote-friendly arrangement with periodic in-office collaboration, and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will build market presence by cultivating relationships, representing the organization in the community, and identifying growth opportunities while working independently in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Experience with a customer relationship management system is preferred.
• Strong presentation, networking, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic referral networks within the assigned territory to support business growth and increase community awareness.
• Represent the organization at industry gatherings, educational events, and local networking opportunities to strengthen professional relationships.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions that communicate service offerings and foster ongoing referral partnerships.
• Coordinate outreach activities, track engagement efforts, and maintain accurate relationship data within a customer relationship management platform.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support regional expansion initiatives.
