The position requires 3+ years in field-based sales or business development, bilingual English/Spanish, CRM familiarity, and strong presentation skills to drive growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in field based sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic referral networks within the assigned territory to support business growth and increase community awareness.
• Represent the organization at industry gatherings, educational events, and local networking opportunities to strengthen professional relationships.
• Conduct presentations and informational sessions that communicate service offerings and foster ongoing referral partnerships.
• Coordinate outreach activities, track engagement efforts, and maintain accurate relationship data within a customer relationship management platform.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to identify market opportunities and support regional expansion initiatives.
