You will engage with customers through outbound and inbound activities, maintain accurate Salesforce data, and strive to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the customer base through outbound sales and inbound leads.
• Achieve established sales plans and individual KPIs.
• Handle incoming customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce and communicate effectively via calls, emails, meetings, and messaging.
• Support customers with account usage, submissions, and order placement; monitor payments.
• Identify upsell opportunities and unlock new business opportunities across accounts.
• Represent Xometry professionally in communications across industries.
