You will prospect, develop relationships with retail florists, and manage accounts via phone and Teams, driving savings and value. This role is remote and offers commission along with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience; floral industry experience is a plus.
• Outbound sales experience with CRM or account development preferred.
• Experience with prospecting, customer retention, objection handling and reactivating inactive customers is a plus.
• Customer-obsessed mindset and strong time management and execution skills.
• PC literacy: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a high level of rapport with Teleflora florists and top accounts.
• Call upon florists via phone and Microsoft Teams to introduce products and savings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide custom solutions for top accounts.
• Utilize order entry, call tracking, and CRM software.
• Participate in sales, product and process training as required.
• Meet and exceed daily time-on-call targets for florist outreach.
• Additional duties as assigned.
