Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, strong lead generation skills, and a customer-obsessed mindset, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a sales role focused on prospecting and developing new business.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with Teleflora and Flowerbuyer florists to grow the portfolio.
• Call on key retail florists via phone, Skype, and in-person meetings to promote products and savings.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to meet targets and drive revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for top accounts.
• Prepare internal reports for Inside Sales management.
• Utilize order entry, tracking, and CRM tools to manage activity.
• Participate in sales and product training and exceed daily calling targets.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
