Job summary

Electro Rent is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Specialist to grow our B2B marketing program. This remote role focuses on creating integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline across High-Speed Digital & Semiconductor, Telecom, Data Center, and other strategic markets.

You’ll own multi-channel campaigns, work with Pardot and Salesforce, partner with Sales and Product teams, and use data-driven testing to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Strong hands-on Pardot and Salesforce expertise.
• Experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-channel demand generation campaigns from strategy through results.
• Build campaigns across email, paid media, social, webinars, events, landing pages, and lead nurture.
• Work hands-on with Pardot and Salesforce.
• Partner directly with Sales, Product Management, Content, and OEM partners.
• Use data, segmentation, testing, and analytics to continuously improve performance.
• Help turn marketing engagement into qualified opportunities and measurable pipeline.
• Bring forward new ideas and have meaningful ownership of your programs.
