You will manage campaigns, optimize paid media across Google and LinkedIn, and nurture leads through HubSpot within a remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and demand generation principles.
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing metrics.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns.
• Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys in HubSpot.
• Coordinate campaign assets and digital promotions across channels.
• Monitor campaign KPIs including CPL, conversion rates, MQLs, pipeline, and ROI.
