Job summary

Particle by Digi is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to build and own the demand gen function, delivering qualified pipeline for Fleet and Asset Optimization and Connected Product. You will design multi-channel campaigns, set up HubSpot as the system of record, and provide performance reporting to GTM leadership.

This remote role can be based in Hopkins, MN, Mishawaka, IN, or Sandy/Lehi, UT, with a base pay range of $95,000–$149,000 and a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with campaign management and attribution.
• Ability to plan multi-channel campaigns tied to revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and pipeline programs.
• Design multi-channel campaigns and manage HubSpot playbooks.
• Develop lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution reporting.
• Partner with Growth Engineer to leverage product signals in campaigns.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable optimization recommendations.
