• Excellent communication and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of six Business Account Coordinators and drive performance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction for operations.
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Partner with Customer Experience, Finance, Retail Ops, and Global teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to raise service quality.
