Job summary

Red Wing Shoe Company, Inc. is seeking a Direct to Consumer Specialist for a 12-week temporary role. The position starts on-site in Red Wing, MN, then becomes remote after a two-week training period.

You will support consumers and retail partners with orders, inquiries and product guidance, delivering a consistent, WOW experience. You will need strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to switch between software systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Prior experience in customer service is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to retail partners and consumers.
• Handle basic inquiries and routine issues, escalating complex ones as needed.
• Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and documentation of interactions.
• Coordinate routing and escalate to level 2 support when necessary.
