Job summary

BlueOptima is seeking a seasoned Technical Trainer to lead training and onboarding for our enterprise clients. You will deliver impactful sessions tailored to Developers, Team Leads, and executives, working with PMM and CSM teams to ensure material stays aligned with product updates and market needs.

The role emphasizes a strong STEM background, SDLC knowledge, and the ability to measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience delivering technical training for B2B clients in UK/EMEA/USA.
• STEM background with understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience using analytics to measure training impact and program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and tailor technical training sessions for enterprise clients.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive training content library (guides, modules, video tutorials).
• Collaborate with PMM and CSM teams to align training with product updates and customer needs.
• Monitor onboarding impact on engagement, usage, and retention and adjust approaches.
