Job summary

BlueVoyant is seeking a seasoned Manager, Client Success to lead a 5–10 person team of Client Success Managers across an assigned territory. This fully remote role focuses on retention, satisfaction, and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value from BlueVoyant’s cybersecurity solutions.

You will drive NRR/GRR metrics, onboard new CSMs, and ensure consistent operating rhythms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across client services, IT, and cybersecurity.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing performance of individual contributors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5–10 Client Success Managers (CSMs).
• Own onboarding programs with 30/60/90-day plans and reviews.
• Forecast renewals, revenue, and attrition for the team.
• Monitor health metrics (NRR, GRR, CSAT/NPS) and report portfolio risk.
• Partner with Sales on account planning, growth opportunities, and churn mitigation.
• Design digital engagement programs and scalable customer success motions.
