Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in HVAC/R, mechanical systems, water heating, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• 5+ years in customer-facing technical support, training, field service, or applications role.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• Experience conducting technical training, product demonstrations, or customer education programs.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience supporting product installations, startup activities, and field service operations.
• Associate degree or technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical training resource for customers, sales teams, and service personnel
• Deliver product training programs that increase customer knowledge, product adoption, and satisfaction
• Support the sales organization by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process
• Assist customers with equipment installation, configuration, startup, and troubleshooting
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to product performance and field applications
• Ensure compliance with warranty, service, and operational procedures through customer education and support
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing engagement and technical consultation
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights to engineering and product teams
• Support customer retention by delivering exceptional service experiences
• Participate in customer events, appreciation programs, and relationship-building initiatives
• Facilitate facility tours and product demonstrations for customers and industry partners
