Job summary

BlueOptima is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to join our London office. You will train and onboard users to BlueOptima's SaaS suite, collaborating with PMM, CSM, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth adoption.

The role requires a STEM background, strong English communication, and experience delivering technical trainings for B2B clients across UK/EMEA/USA. Travel and hybrid work arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English with strong written and verbal ability.
• 3–4 years of experience delivering technical training for B2B clients in UK/EMEA/USA.
• Able to adapt to varied training environments and non-English speakers.
• STEM degree with understanding of SDLC.
• Proven experience as a technical trainer in SaaS/B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive content library with guides, training modules, and tutorials.
• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for one-on-one or groups.
• Collaborate with PMM and CSM teams to align content with updates and market needs.
• Monitor onboarding impact on engagement, usage, and retention; adapt approaches to reduce churn.
• Provide feedback to product teams based on client feedback and engagement data.
