Job summary

BlueOptima seeks an experienced Technical Trainer to enable onboarding and adoption of our software suite for enterprise clients. You will design training content, deliver sessions for developers and leaders, and partner with PMM and CSM to keep materials aligned with product updates and market trends.

You will manage multiple trainings, leverage LMS platforms, and measure outcomes to continuously improve programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience delivering technical training for B2B clients in UK/EMEA/USA.
Degree in STEM field with solid understanding of SDLC.
Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
Experience using LMS platforms to structure modules and assessments.

Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and execute detailed training plans for customers.
Deliver in-person and virtual sessions for Developers, Team Leads, and executives.
Collaborate with PMM and CSM to align content with product updates and market needs.
Monitor onboarding impact and adapt training to reduce user churn.
Provide feedback to product teams based on client engagement data.
