Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit collections.
• Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and customer service skills.
• Experience using Dun & Bradstreet reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
