Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a remote B2B Collections Specialist for a national distribution company. The role is a 3–6 month, fully remote assignment requiring 9:00 AM–6:00 PM local time in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

You will contact customers, negotiate payments, resolve disputes, and support accounts receivable with D&B reviews and ERP systems; prior experience in B2B collections and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B credit and collections with ability to manage delinquent accounts.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with professional, customer-focused approach.
• Experience reviewing Dun & Bradstreet credit reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Eclipse Solar ERP experience is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work remotely with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage B2B collections activities, contacting customers about balances and securing payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain professional relationships while pursuing collections.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes to support timely resolution.
• Review customer credit information, including D&B reports, to support decisions.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up activities in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve collections efficiency and AR operations.
