Job summary

Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking a B2B Credit Collections Specialist for a respected national distribution organization. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, collecting balances, resolving disputes, and supporting timely credit decisions while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The position offers remote work after onsite training and requires living in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. A collaborative team environment and comprehensive onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or credit collections.
• Strong negotiation, dispute resolution, and customer service skills.
• Experience working with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of B2B customer accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Contact customers regarding past-due invoices while maintaining positive business relationships.
• Resolve payment disputes, account discrepancies, and billing issues.
• Review customer credit information and support credit decisions using D&B reports and company guidelines.
• Process payments, maintain accurate account documentation, and update customer records within the ERP system.
• Partner with sales, credit, and operations teams to facilitate timely credit releases and order processing.
