A financial services company is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Business to Business collections role. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in corporate collections, ensuring customer payments are received according to agreed terms. Responsibilities include improving Day Sales Outstanding, resolving discrepancies, and facilitating payment arrangements. This role offers a pay rate of $30/hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in corporate collections environment required.

Responsabilités

• Improve Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) to current company monthly/yearly goal.
• Ensure all past due accounts have been contacted while enforcing agreed payment terms.
• Work with customers to schedule payment arrangements on upcoming and past due invoices.
• Convert accounts to ACH/Checks from credit card payments, and promote electronic invoicing.
• Update account information to ensure it is current.
• Resolve any invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Communicate with field personnel to discuss any problem accounts.
