Job summary

Body Wellness Institute is seeking a contract Business Development Manager to sell the Better YOU Challenge in the Atlanta area to small and mid-size companies. You will leverage your network to book meetings with owners and HR leaders, present our program, and drive deals to close.

Compensation includes a $1,500 monthly retainer plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with strong earning potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales track record with closing deals.
• Experience selling corporate wellness or HR/benefits.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong network in local business community.
• Comfort presenting to executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business owners and HR leaders.
• Lead discovery meetings and deliver mini-presentation.
• Move opportunities to close and handle negotiations.
• Manage pipeline and CRM; coordinate with delivery team.
• Represent Dr. Newsome's story and our company story.
