The role requires strong English communication, consultative sales skills, and the ability to operate within an Eastern Time schedule. Compensation includes a monthly base plus commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B outreach and appointment setting with decision-makers.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Organized and self-directed with territory management.
• Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work EST hours and coordinate with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact local employers, corporations, and community organizations to introduce wellness programs.
• Build and maintain rapport with business decision-makers through a consultative approach.
• Schedule and coordinate onsite wellness events, lunch-and-learns, screenings, and partnerships.
• Manage a pipeline of warm and net-new prospects within a defined local service radius.
• Relay market feedback to marketing partners for content ideas.
• Track outreach activity and report progress against goals.
