Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in collections or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone and handling written correspondence.
• Updating account information accurately in the system.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counseling delinquent consumers to facilitate payment arrangements.
• Complying with applicable laws and TSI policies.
• Providing feedback for process improvements.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
