Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable.
• Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone and be available 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in respective time zone.
• Ability to review and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and collection opportunities.
• Experience handling a large portfolio of accounts with a track record of reducing aged receivables.
• Proficiency in Excel for tracking and documenting collection activities.

Aufgaben

• Participate in all processes related to accounts receivable collections and maintain relations with customers and the sales team.
• Correspond by email and phone to address short payments, billing errors, and collection issues.
• Prepare collection notes, call past-due accounts daily and document results weekly.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide requested information.
• Support billing, month-end tasks, yearly audit requests, and the sales team as needed.
• Use D365 and Salesforce to review invoices and communicate findings.
• Manage a high volume of ~90 customers per week with timely follow-up.
• Contact customers within one day of communications to confirm receipt and resolve issues.
