Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of accounts receivable collections experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of about 600 customer accounts with timely collection of balances.
• Contact customers by phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans while adhering to company policies.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain records of all collection activities and metrics.
• Identify delinquent accounts for escalation and potential legal action.
• Prepare reports on collection progress and DSOs.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve billing and collections.
• Process payments and apply them to customer accounts accurately.
