Job summary

ZenAI International Corp. is seeking a highly motivated business development professional to start conversations, book meetings, and grow our US presence. You will work remotely, build prospect lists, and coordinate with engineers on technical calls while earning substantial commissions.

There is no base salary; instead, you’ll earn 25% on AI voice agent deals, 8–12% on custom projects, and a monthly cash bonus per qualified meeting booked. You’ll shape our US GTM process as an early team member.

Qualifications

• Clear, direct communication with prospects.
• Proven sales experience in cold outreach or similar.
• Strong English; Mandarin bilingual preferred.
• US work authorization required; remote US work setup.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect lists and outbound to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects; engineers join technical calls as needed.
• Qualify leads and prioritize conversations with highest potential.
• Maintain and update pipeline in HubSpot; track commissions.
• Share feedback on objections, patterns and messaging to improve the approach.
