Job summary

Crafted Staff is hiring an experienced Remote AI Software Sales Representative to sell an AI-powered HR and recruiting platform to staffing agencies across the United States. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commissions and flexible hours.

You will build a pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals, earning based on sales without a base salary. Previous B2B SaaS or HR tech experience is preferred; you must reside in the United States and manage your own

• Proven experience identifying and contacting prospective customers.
• Confident speaking with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Experience generating leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, or other outbound methods.
• Ability to communicate the value of software clearly and confidently.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach through follow-up and closing.
• Track record of meeting sales, revenue, appointment-setting, or business-development goals.
• Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently.
• Comfort working in a commission-only sales environment.
• Motivation to increase earnings through performance.
• Discipline and self-direction for a fully remote role.
• Current residence within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect staffing companies, recruitment agencies, and other potential HR technology customers throughout the United States.
• Build your own sales pipeline through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other outbound prospecting methods.
• Connect with agency owners, recruiting leaders, staffing professionals, and other decision-makers.
• Introduce prospective customers to the AI recruiting software and explain its value.
• Learn about each prospect’s recruiting challenges and determine whether the platform is a good fit.
• Schedule and conduct software product demonstrations.
• Follow up with interested prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales process.
• Build professional relationships with staffing and recruitment decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate prospect, outreach, and sales activity in the CRM.
• Gather customer and prospect feedback to help improve sales messaging and the overall sales process.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying software customers.
• Earn uncapped commissions based on the sales you generate.
