DEMAND.com is a remote-first B2B marketing agency, seeking a proactive professional with expertise in demand generation, agency relationship management, and client success. You will identify opportunities with agencies, build lasting partnerships, and manage multiple initiatives while supporting in-region clients across the US.

The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and travel across the US to foster partnerships, events, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple agency accounts.
• Proven ability in client success and hospitality or related service.
• Experience in demand generation for B2B marketing.
• Experience leveraging AI in marketing initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Agency Relationship Management: act as primary contact for B2B agencies and foster long-term partnerships.
• Business Development & Outreach: conduct outreach to agencies and establish new partnerships; collaborate with US sales.
• Event Coordination & Support: plan and execute events and webinars for agency clients; coordinate across teams.
• Strategic Growth & Market Research: identify industry trends and potential partners; expand service offerings.
• Ongoing Client Engagement & Support: follow up to ensure agency satisfaction and uncover opportunities; enablement before, during and after campaigns.
