Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join an enterprise Infrastructure & Operations team. You will design, implement, and support scalable Azure infrastructure for production applications in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of Systems/Infrastructure Engineering or similar production support role.
Hands-on with Azure cloud infrastructure and production support.
Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Datadog.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD/work management platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, servers, storage, cloud infrastructure, and application environments.
Experience developing automation with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support scalable Azure infrastructure solutions for enterprise applications.
Own the day-to-day operational health of production systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
Participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting infrastructure and application incidents.
Implement SRE best practices, including monitoring, automation, alerting, and performance optimization.
Develop automation using PowerShell or Python to improve operational efficiency.
Create and maintain runbooks and operational procedures.
