Job summary

System Automation is seeking a mid-level Site Reliability Engineer to design and operate cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. You will define SLOs/SLIs, dashboards, alerting, and lead blameless postmortems to improve resilience.

You’ll participate in on-call incidents, build CI/CD pipelines, and automate toil through IaC (Bicep) and automation. This role reports to the Manager of Platform Operations and Compliance and offers 100% remote work in the United States, with base salary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Operations, DevOps, or SRE
• Hands-on Azure in production environments
• IaC with Terraform and/or Bicep
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs/SLIs for a web-based app
• Comfortable on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and scale production systems in Microsoft Azure
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead blameless postmortems
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs and error budgets
• Design and maintain observability tooling (metrics/logs/tracing)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Provision and manage infrastructure as code (Bicep)
