Job summary

EverCommerce in Denver, CO and across North America is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and uptime of production SaaS infrastructure across AWS, colocation, and hosted environments. You will lead automation, monitoring, and incident response in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team.

The role requires 8+ years in systems engineering, Windows and Linux, networking, and automation with PowerShell, Bash, or Python; experience with AWS and virtualization;

Qualifications

• 8 years of systems, infrastructure, or cloud engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux systems.
• Experience supporting infrastructure in AWS environments.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization platforms.
• Experience designing or implementing infrastructure automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience leading technical investigations and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Knowledge of networking, backup/recovery, and operational resiliency.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring platforms and production database support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime, reliability, and performance for production SaaS environments across AWS, colocation, and hosted platforms.
• Independently support Windows and Linux infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and networking components.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives with Senior Cloud Engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis with long-term fixes.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility across platforms.
• Collaborate on SOX, PCI, HIPAA compliance initiatives and security posture.
• Lead vulnerability remediation and lifecyle maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and infrastructure standards.
