Job summary

ICF is seeking an Azure Operations/AI Engineer to support enterprise AI capabilities in a secure federal cloud environment. The role will provide operational and engineering support for AI services, related Azure infrastructure, and the DevSecOps practices that move AI capabilities into reliable production use.

You will work across cloud, application, security, data, and operations teams to configure and monitor AI platform components, support onboarding and access, automate delivery,

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting data and AI technologies with cloud-based AI or analytics.
• Experience implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform or cloud templates.
• Hands-on Azure cloud infrastructure experience including identity, networking, storage, monitoring, and service integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for enterprise AI capabilities and onboarding initiatives.
• Translate AI requirements into secure cloud configurations across Azure environments.
• Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for AI components using GitHub/Jenkins/GitLab.
• Develop IaC with Terraform/Azure templates and maintain infrastructure as code.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and dashboards using Splunk, Azure Monitor, and related tools.
• Coordinate root cause analysis across teams and document corrective actions.
• Support security/compliance activities and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate new AI/DevSecOps technologies via PoCs and provide recommendations.
• Support high availability, DR, backup, and continuity for AI infrastructure.
