ICF seeks a Cloud Platform Engineer to deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure for a federal program. You will build multi-cloud landing zones across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud using infrastructure-as-code and DevSecOps practices in production.

This remote-friendly role reports to the Cloud/EA Lead and emphasizes governance, security, and auditable configurations. The ideal candidate writes automation first, has hands-on cloud experience in federal environments, and collaborates

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or platform operations.
• 3+ years deploying cloud landing zones in production environments.
• 2+ years implementing infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation).
• 2+ years supporting federal IT programs (HHS, NIH, FDA, or similar).
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust background investigation.
• Resident and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and manage cloud landing zone architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Automate provisioning with IaC templates, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain system integrations using APIs, SDKs, and event streams with proper secrets management.
• Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop for remote access scenarios.
• Manage DNS-as-code for agency platforms, including certificates.
• Integrate platform logs, alerts, and risk signals into central monitoring and automate misconfigurations.
• Perform quarterly reviews of cloud configurations against security baselines and compliance.
• Coordinate with identity, device, and cybersecurity teams to enforce a Zero Trust model.
• Maintain documentation of cloud architectures, runbooks, and procedures.
• Resolve complex cloud platform issues escalated from operations.
