Job summary

S:US is seeking an AI Engineer to build secure, cost-efficient AI capabilities and inclusive development environments across IT platforms. You will help move AI from experimentation to reliable operation, reporting to the VP of Apps, Data & AI, and collaborating across teams.

Your role emphasizes quality, security, and responsible AI practices, with emphasis on agent workflows, MCP integrations, and scalable platform development.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional software engineering in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions and tool integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with secure CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security controls.
• Familiarity with observability tools and Jira or similar delivery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build AI development environment and integrations with GitHub, VS Code, and Azure.
• Design reusable patterns for agent workflows and multi-agent coordination.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for a Microsoft-first environment.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and APIs end-to-end.
• Implement testing, security reviews, and responsibility controls for AI outputs.
• Collaborate with IT Security to address prompts, secrets, and supply chain risks.
