Job summary

ICF is seeking a skilled DevSecOps professional to advance secure cloud deployments for federal programs. The role emphasizes IaC, CI/CD, and automation across Azure GovCloud and hybrid environments.

You will work with security, architecture, SRE, and QA teams to ensure auditable, repeatable deployments and strong governance, while supporting large-scale data platforms and analytics ecosystems.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contract.
• Reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 3 of last 5 years resided in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains automation that provisions, configures, secures, and releases Summit cloud environments and customer workspaces.
• Develops infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, secure configuration patterns, secrets integration, release automation, and traceable deployment evidence.
• Coordinates with security, architecture, SRE, and QA to ensure changes are peer-reviewed, auditable, resilient, and VA-aligned.
• Apply IaC, CI/CD, Azure/GovCloud, Git, and secrets management to support role delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, security, governance, QA, and customers as required; document work, decisions, risks, and evidence for traceability.
