Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking an AWS Project Manager to join our team. This is a 100% remote role based in the US, serving the AWS Practice with a focus on managing complex technology projects for large organizations.

As the AWS Project Manager, you will coordinate with development and delivery teams and clients, manage budgets, and advise on AWS best practices while fostering a customer-obsessed approach and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of the contact center industry.
• Strong AWS ecosystem knowledge; AWS certifications preferred.
• Experience with AWS Connect is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification.
• Experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule stand-ups and other meetings with the team and clients.
• Manage the budget for projects and communicate scope, timing, and resources.
• Keep team members productive and aligned with project goals.
• Assist in documenting the design of processes for the contact center.
• Support transitioning from delivery to managed services.
• Explain how delivery will meet business goals and associated costs.
• Identify trade-offs between different solution options.
