Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology, cloud, SaaS, CX, AI, or professional services sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and close net-new enterprise accounts.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle focused on identifying, penetrating, and winning net-new enterprise customers.
• Target organizations modernizing contact centers and leveraging AI to transform customer service.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across CX, Customer Service, Technology, Data & AI.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive outreach, and channel partnerships.
• Develop business cases highlighting CX improvements, cost reductions, and revenue growth.
