Job summary

TTEC Digital in the United States is seeking an MSP Sr. Developer to join our AWS Partner Practice. This remote role will own, operate, and improve AWS-based solutions for clients over the long term, leading a small team of 3–4 developers.

You will drive incident response, change management, and continuous improvement using Jira, CloudFormation, and Serverless Framework, while mentoring teammates and aligning with MSP best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of development experience with a strong focus on Node.js/TypeScript and AWS services.
• Expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience operating in a managed services/operational support environment with SLAs and incident/change control.
• Thorough knowledge of agile and ITSM methodologies.
• Ability to mentor junior team members constructively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily standups and service reviews for MSP team.
• Own operational stability of client AWS environments.
• Manage change requests and infrastructure updates via Jira and IaC.
• Collaborate with clients on roadmaps and backlog items.
• Mentor junior developers on technical skills and runbooks.
• Contribute to MSP best practices and tooling.
• Maintain team morale and cohesion.
