Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks an AWS MS Engineer to join our Managed Services development team. This REMOTE role is located in the US and requires US citizenship with a willingness to subscribe to a Public Trust background.

You will work with enterprise clients, providing medium- to advanced-level troubleshooting support for AWS Serverless concepts and services, and you will build and customize features in client systems while guiding customers via email, phone, and video conferences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS Serverless concepts and services.
• 1 year of experience writing and editing software using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and NodeJS.

Responsibilities

• Works with a variety of clients and projects to maintain customer system performance.
• Builds and customizes new features in client systems, including web applications, reporting applications, and troubleshooting tools.
• Responds to trouble tickets and guides customers via email, phone, and video conferences.
• Maintains and updates VoiceFoundry products and tools to improve and expand offerings to clients.
