Job summary

TTEC Digital, based in the United States, is seeking an AWS Team Lead, Development to join our AWS Partner Practice. This is a remote role where you will lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences using AWS technologies.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of development experience focusing on AWS services such as Lambda and S3, and possess strong leadership qualities to mentor team members. Competitive salary range is $145,000 - $165,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development experience focused on AWS services.
• Experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, RDS, Redshift.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and foster team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily meetings with internal teams and clients.
• Conduct requirements analysis and design discussions.
• Work with the team on Jira addressing project issues.

Skills

Expert knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture

Experience with AWS services

Development experience with Node.js/Typescript

Knowledge of agile methodologies

Mentoring junior team members

Understanding before prescribing solutions

Love of latest development best practices
