Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an OpenAI Partner Enablement Lead to work remotely within the USA. Base salary ranges from $160k to $190k with a 10% bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits, flexible PTO, and a 401(k). Must have 8+ years in partner enablement and cloud experience and full work authorization.

You will lead AWS-focused enablement initiatives, partner with AWS teams, and deliver workshops and training sessions to scale AI-enabled partnerships.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience in partner enablement, strategic partnerships, customer success or L&D.
• Must have deep experience with AWS or cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary enablement and success lead for AWS-focused partnership initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with AWS alliance leaders, field sales teams, solutions architects, and partner success teams.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and readiness conversations.
• Expand adoption of existing enablement programs, deliver workshops and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Translate AI capabilities and customer use cases into practical learning experiences.
