Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a Google Presales Solution Architect to join our team as a cloud-native expert. This remote role, based in the US, focuses on overlaying our solution architecture with deep GCP knowledge, enabling CX/CCaaS outcomes across client projects.

You will prototype demos, model cloud costs, and work with directors to shape Managed Services offerings while collaborating with senior executives to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
• Experience acting as an overlay in presales or sales engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical overlay for solution architecture with deep GCP expertise.
• Cross-pollinate expertise among CCaaS-focused architects and Google ecosystem.
• Architect and deploy apps and AI agents using Google Cloud-native services.
• Quote and model Google Cloud consumption for clients.
• Develop Managed Services offerings and support demonstrations.
