Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking an Amazon Connect Application Architect to design and build complex CX solutions across AWS, translating business goals into scalable, secure architectures. You will implement, validate, and optimize end-to-end contact-center solutions, focusing on Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, and DynamoDB.

Remote-friendly with options in US offices, including Boston. Lead migrations from legacy CCaaS platforms, mentor engineers, and ensure production readiness through IaC,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in contact center solutions and 4+ years in leadership roles.
Design and deploy complex omnichannel CX solutions on Amazon Connect and AWS.
Hands-on experience building solutions on AWS, including serverless and IaC.
Lead migrations from legacy CCaaS platforms to Amazon Connect.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end system design for IVR and voice workflows.
Build and configure Amazon Connect flows; develop Lambda, Lex, Polly components.
Validate architecture with AWS best practices and client security.
Architect integrations with CRM, WFM, ERP.
Mentor engineers and lead client discovery sessions.
Ensure test coverage and production performance monitoring.
