Qualifications
- 3+ years proven track record in Technical Pre-Sales roles.
- 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development.
- Ability to articulate technical recommendations into business value.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions.
- Lead technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle.
- Deliver demonstrations showcasing Cloud, AI, and Customer Experience.
