Qualifications

• BS degree or 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years designing and building Amazon Connect contact flows.
• 2+ years call routing design with routing profiles, queues, callbacks, and dynamic routing.
• 1+ years using Git, GitHub, or TFS.
• 1+ years in Genesys contact center environments.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Amazon Connect contact flows for modernized operations.
• Architect complex routing and delivery of calls and messages.
• Develop backend integrations with Python/Node.js/Java and AWS Lambda.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure high availability and monitor routing services.
