Job summary

Delta System & Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in Amazon Connect and AWS to lead migration of legacy contact center to the cloud.

You will design, implement, and optimize complex contact center solutions, and work with product, engineering and operations to deliver secure, scalable outcomes. You'll configure Connect features, build CRM/ERP integrations, and drive performance improvements while staying current with AWS services and best practices in a high-growth

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex Amazon Connect contact flows and AWS integrations.
• CRM integrations with Salesforce/ServiceNow desired.
• Strong AWS knowledge: EC2, S3, VPC, API Gateway, Step Functions.
• Terraform and CI/CD experience.
• Security and regulatory compliance knowledge (PCI, PII, HIPAA, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
• Develop CRM and ERP integrations and system interfaces.
• Analyze call flows to optimize performance and reduce handling time.
• Configure voice, chat, speech, and outbound dialing features.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for Connect and integrations.
