Job summary

Call Center Power is hiring an Amazon Connect Engineer to build, deploy, and support Connect environments for our healthcare, government, financial services, and automotive clients. You’ll configure contact flows, write Lambda-backed integrations, and keep the system healthy in production. The role is remote (U.S.

preferred) with contract or full-time options. You’ll work inside established architectures, own the quality of what you ship, and contribute to migrations and integrations across

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Amazon Connect implementation.
• Proficiency with Node.js or Python for Lambda integrations.
• Practical AWS foundations (IAM, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Experience building Lex bots and wiring into flows.
• Source control and at least one IaC tool.
• Clear written communication and client-facing collaboration.
• Ability to work directly with client technical staff in requirements and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and support Amazon Connect environments for enterprise clients.
• Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and agent workspace.
• Develop Lambda functions behind flows in Node.js or Python.
• Implement AI features like Lex, Bedrock, and agent assist under direction.
• Deploy via infrastructure as code and maintain documentation.
• Provide live production support, triage, and root-cause analysis.
